Sympathetic pathology evidenced by hand thermal anomalies in carpal tunnel syndrome

Digital infrared thermography suggests sympathetic neural pathology in carpal tunnel syndrome. It may also be useful as an additional non-invasive tool in the diagnosis of CTS especially in the early stage.
