A fluid mixing model for copper mineralization at Konkola North, Zambian Copperbelt

It is likely that more than one episode of fluid flow has affected the basin and that the model presented is simplistic, but it may still provide useful insight into the possible relationship between basement topography and mineralization for this deposit and possibly others in the Copperbelt.
