چکیده انگلیسی
It is possible to take polarization Raman spectra Vv, Hv, Vh, and Hh for a liquid. The equality Vh=Hh=Hv holds in normal liquids. It is found that this equality is valid for water beyond 30 °C. However, at temperatures between 0 and 20 °C, it is observed that Hvâ«Vh=Hh. It is surmised that crystalline structures like (H2O)6 and (H2O)5 exist at low temperatures, and Hv and Vv are partly contributed as directional Raman spectra of (H2O)6 that is of hexagonal shape with preferred orientations. It is found that properties of water between 0 to 20 °C are different from those above 20 °C.
