Ligand modified real heterogeneous catalysts for fixed-bed hydroformylation of propylene

A novel heterogeneous PPh3-Rh/SiO2 catalyst showing high activity and selectivity under mild conditions (1 MPa, 393 K) has been developed; the problem of metal leaching is greatly reduced and no sign of deactivation is observed over a period of more than 1000 h.
