The success of the consolidation of the implementation of guidelines should be assessed not only from the point of view of management, but also from that of health professionals and patients. The most positively evaluated aspect was systematization of work. Aspects identified as requiring improvement were involvement and communication, while workload was the feature most subject to disagreement among health professionals.
