Conclusion: DCE-MRI parameters that thought to be the surrogate markers of tumoral microcirculation and tissue perfusion provides a specific preoperative diagnosis. Dynamic imaging parameters are therefore advocated for monitoring the effect of chemotherapy in soft tissue tumors.
