Large inflammatory fibroid polyp of the stomach

The large size of the lesion in this case and its presentation as an emetic syndrome make us consider this case as quite uncommon. We have also reviewed the clinical history of all patients diagnosed with inflammatory fibroid polyp in the stomach admitted in our hospital from 1998 to 2003.
