Treatment of a dural arteriovenous fistula via ipsilateral thrombosed transvers sinus in combination with transarterial and transvenous access

We herein present the treatment of first case of DAVF involving right transvers sinus, treated by the combined treatment performed via transarterial and transvenous access through thrombosed torcular herophili.
