▶ UDP-Glucose dehydrogenase has been purified from caprine liver. ▶ The enzyme is a homohexamer. ▶ Caprine enzyme has lower activation energy than the bovine enzyme. ▶ It is a suitable coupling enzyme in UDP-Galactose 4-epimerase assay.
