Characterization and stability studies on surfactant, detergent and oxidant stable α-amylase from marine haloalkaliphilic Saccharopolyspora sp. A9

▶ In the present study, amylase was isolated from marine Saccharopolyspora sp. The reported amylase shows various novel properties as compared to other microbial amylase. Enzyme may have wide spread applications in detergent, food and other industrial processes involving high salt concentration.
