Isothermal vapor-liquid equilibrium at T = 333.15 K and excess volumes and molar refractivity deviation at T = 298.15 K for the ternary mixtures {di-methyl carbonate (DMC) + ethanol + benzene} and {DMC + ethanol + toluene}

► Di-methyl carbonate (DMC) is considered as a benign gasoline. ► VLE data for the systems DMC + ethanol + benzene and DMC + ethanol + toluene. ► VE and ΔR for the binary systems DMC + benzene or toluene. ► VE showed a negative deviation whereas ΔR showed positive deviation. ► Ternary VE and ΔR were calculated from the binary data.
