RésuméTrois cent mille gravures rupestres révèlent l’histoire des populations qui ont vécu dans une vallée alpine au cours de 10 000 ans. Les décodifications des images nous introduisent dans un monde de mythes et de croyances, dans la pensée d’une société qui a évolué depuis l’épipaléolithique jusqu’à l’âge du Fer au cœur de l’Europe.

Three hundred thousand rock engravings show the history of the population which lived in an Alpine valley for 10,000 years. The decoding of the pictures introduces us to the world of myths and beliefs, in the thinking of a society which evolved from the Epipalaeolithic to the Iron Age in Europe.
