Celiac disease detection using a transglutaminase electrochemical immunosensor fabricated on nanohybrid screen-printed carbon electrodes

► An electrochemical immunosensor for the detection of celiac disease was developed. ► Nanohybrid screen-printed carbon electrodes were used as the transducers. ► A good performance of the immunosensor was obtained in real samples. ► The results obtained in sera samples were in good correlation with ELISA.
