The interplay between pH sensitivity and label-free protein detection in immunologically modified nano-scaled field-effect transistor

► We investigate the correlation between pH and analyte sensitivities in ImmunoFET. ► Label-free and specific detection of IgG is demonstrated. ► It is shown that greater sensitivity to pH entails greater sensitivity to analyte.
