چکیده انگلیسی
The siRNA was delivered by the efficient nonviral vector to knockdown mutant Kras gene in human pancreatic cancer cell line PANC-1, which led to the defective bio-functions of cancer cells in various aspects. Cytotoxic medicine arsenic (As) was also encapsulated in nanoparticles, the co-administration of the two nanomedicines encapsulating siRNA or As resulted in the enhanced tumor growth inhibition on PANC-1 cells both in vitro and in vivo.195
