Combination of siRNA-directed Kras oncogene silencing and arsenic-induced apoptosis using a nanomedicine strategy for the effective treatment of pancreatic cancer

The siRNA was delivered by the efficient nonviral vector to knockdown mutant Kras gene in human pancreatic cancer cell line PANC-1, which led to the defective bio-functions of cancer cells in various aspects.
