Exploring biological processes involved in embryonic stem cell differentiation by analyzing proteomic data

► We used time-course proteomic results of ESCs differentiation to EBs study. ► The data were preprocessed using different strategies to improve clustering results. ► Hierarchical clustering and classification were used for concentration profiles. ► We showed that there are 11 active and distinct processes based on GO. ► We conclude new points for this differentiation stage nomination.
