Determination of ochratoxin A in brewing materials and beer by ultra performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection

► The extraction of ochratoxin A from different brewing matrixes was optimised. ► The analytical UPLC method with fluorometric detection was developed and validated. ► This method was applied for analysis of malting barley, malt, hop and beer.
