Properties and characterization of antioxidant and antiglycative activities for the multiple harvests of aquatic- and field-cultivated peanut leaves and stems

► Top parts of juvenile peanut plants are feasible to be consumed as a vegetable. ► We examine in merit of the multiple harvests of the juvenile peanut top parts. ► We reported enhancement of antiglycative activity effect depend on external stress. ► The antioxidant activities were studied up on cut-to-harvest of juvenile peanut. ► Physical wounding created external stress to stimulate biosynthesis of phenolics.
