Identification of novel rhoptry proteins in Neospora caninum by LC/MS-MS analysis of subcellular fractions

► LC/MS-MS allows the identification of high number of rhoptries proteins. ► ROP, RON and kinase-phosphatase-protease proteins are present in N. caninum. ► N. caninum shows different locus for some ROP proteins regarding T. gondii. ► Identification of RON proteins in might indicate the moving junction formation.
