Reactivity study of arene(azido)ruthenium N∩O-base complexes with activated alkynes

► New synthetic method for the synthesis of mononuclear arene ruthenium oxinato complexes. ► Syntheses of new terminal arene(azido)ruthenium N∩O-base complexes. ► The cycloaddition reaction with activated alkynes to yield the arene triazole complexes. ► Triazole complexes of N(1) and N(2) isomers are obtained with ded and dmd, respectively.
