Advances in the structure and microstructure determination of yttrium silicates using the Rietveld method

The amorphous-to-crystalline transformation of yttrium oxyorthosilicate glasses (crystallinity) has been followed quantitatively with the “Rietveld for Disordered Materials”method in the case of samples heat-treated across the temperature range 900-1300 °C.
