Spectroscopic characterization of the inclusion complexes of luteolin with native and derivatized β-cyclodextrin

The inclusion complexes of Luteolin with cyclodextrins including β-cyclodextrin (βCD), hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and dimethyl-β-cyclodextrin, have been investigated using steady-state fluorescence, 1H NMR, 2D NMR, ESR and molecular modeling studies.
