Rapid assessment of a novel series of selective CB2 agonists using parallel synthesis protocols: A Lipophilic Efficiency (LipE) analysis

We have identified a new class of selective, potent CB2 agonists. The drug-like properties of this series is discussed in terms of Lipophilic Efficiency (LiPE), a parameter that captures both potency and lipophilicity.
