Evaluation of biocomposite films containing alginate and sago starch impregnated with silver nano particles

► A novel composite film containing sago starch and alginate impregnated with silver nanoparticles was prepared. ► This is a natural composite which has wound healing properties. ► The preparation of alginate and sago starch composite is cheaper and affordable for common man in third world countries.
