Thermostabilization of laccase by polysaccharide additives: Enhancement using central composite design of RSM

► Laccase stability in aqueous state was enhanced by using RSM. ► Laccase was stabilized in the presence of Guar Gum, starch and sodium acetate buffer. ► The stabilized laccase effectively decolorizes RB198 at 60 °C.
