Microspheres based on mannosylated lysine-co-sodium alginate for macrophage-specific delivery of isoniazid

► ɛ- and α-Amino groups of lysine were coupled with mannose and sodium alginate. ► Microspheres, based on conjugate, were used for active targeting of isoniazid. ► Stability and safety profile of conjugate were conducive to its biomedical application.
