L'information dans le contexte médical

The characteristics of information given in the medical context probably come from the fact that patients have a foreknowledge of what they are going to hear and that they are rarely ignorant of the contents of the message they are being delivered. Therefore, the way they are addressed is at least as important as the very contents of the piece of news that is delivered. What matters here is to tell patients what they can hear in such a way they will later be able to hear and know more. In other words, information must not be heard in a passive way, and there must also be mutual exchange between doctors and patients.
