A new method for establishing stable cell lines and its use for large-scale production of human guanylyl cyclase-B receptor and of the extracellular domain

► Stable cell lines highly expressing GC-B and the ECD were established by using FACS. ► The ECD was purified by affinity chromatography using modified CNPs. ► The full-length GC-B in membranes and the purified ECD had expected activities.
