Small molecule antagonists of CCR8 inhibit eosinophil and T cell migration

► Human eosinophils express CCR8. ► Human eosinophils respond to CCL1. ► Mature T cells produce CCL1 which in an autocrine fashion desensitize them. ► Novel CCR8 antagonist inhibits functional response in eosinophils and T cells. ► Small molecule CCR8 compounds show either agonistic or antagonistic activity.
