⺠We present four new inhibitors of specific CerSs. ⺠ST1058 and ST1074 inhibit predominantly CerS2/CerS4. ⺠ST1060 inhibits CerS2. ⺠ST1072 inhibits CerS4/CerS6. ⺠It is to our knowledge the first description of selective CerSs' inhibition.
