Factors affecting repeated influenza vaccination among older people in Taiwan

► This study identifies determinants that influence the regular uptake of annual influenza vaccination. ► We use a nationally representative database linked to 2 unique data sets. ► The repeated influenza vaccination rates in our sample were far from optimal. ► Factors identified in this analysis may be further used for improving influenza vaccination programs.
