Kinetics of antibody and memory B cell responses after MMR immunization in children and young adults

► Long term follow-up of B cell immunity after one or two doses of MMR vaccine in children. ► Children with low antibody titers may have an adequate memory B cell response. ► Our data support the hypothesis that the memory B cell pool and the antibody pool is independently regulated.
