Global support for new vaccine implementation in middle-income countries

► Middle income countries (MICs) are characterized by diversity in wealth, size, and capacities. ► MICs are now the home of the greatest proportion of the world's poor. ► Many MICs are not sustainably introducing new vaccines in a timely manner. ► A global coordinated partner's policy and intervention strategy is absolutely needed. ► We review the situation and challenges and suggest options to meet the MIC needs.
