The feasibility of identifying children with primary immunodeficiency disorders: Preparation for the polio post-eradication era in Bangladesh

► Physicians from five tertiary hospitals clinically suspected PIDD patients. ► Age-specific QIG testing was used for laboratory confirmation. ► Among 13 suspected PIDD cases, 6 were laboratory confirmed. ► None of them were excreting iVDPV. ► Low income counties like Bangladesh need to adopt feasible strategies to identify PIDD patients.
