Pharmacoeconomic assessment of implementing a universal PCV-13 vaccination programme in the Valencian public health system (Spain)

► We estimated the cost-effectiveness of PCV-13 vaccination program. ► Invasive pneumococcal disease and acute otitis media cases would be avoided. ► S. pneumoniae related deaths would be averted. ► PCV-13 vaccination program would imply an increase in the overall cost of less than 9%. ► PCV-13 vaccination program would be a cost-effective intervention.
