Non-adjuvanted 2009 influenza A (H1N1)v vaccine in pregnant women: The results of a French prospective descriptive study

► We describe pregnancy outcomes among French women vaccinated with influenza vaccine. ► Compared with the general population, the risks of maternal conditions were not different. ► Malformation rate and neonatal conditions were also similar. ► No sign of safety concerns regarding A (H1N1)v vaccine in pregnancy has been revealed.
