Seroprevalence of measles among children affected by national measles elimination program in Korea, 2010

► Overall, seropositivity of serum specimens was 86.0% (1204/1400). ► 14-16 years age group with low seropositivity had high number of reported cases in 2010. ► No cases were reported for age groups 7-10 years which recorded high seropositivity.
