Immunoglobulin deficiency in children with Hib vaccine failure

► We followed up children with Hib vaccine failure 4 years after their infection. ► 19/170 (11.2%) children had Ig deficiency at follow-up. ► Cases with Ig deficiency received more antibiotic courses in early life.
