Molecular characterisation of the recovery process in the entomopathogenic nematode Heterorhabditis bacteriophora

- We characterised the recovery in Heterorhabditids bacteriophora.
- We also identified genes that are presumably involved in this process.
- Expression levels of 23 selected genes were confirmed by quantitative PCR.
- Pathways of eight genes regulating recovery were identified by silencing.
