Microarray analysis of the human antibody response to synthetic Cryptosporidium glycopeptides

- Glycopeptides of C. parvum antigens Cp17 and Cp40 were synthesised with different Tn valency.
- Varying lengths of repeating serine residues (Cp40) were synthesised.
- The site of glycosylation had a pronounced effect on reactivity.
- Sera from individuals infected with Toxoplasma or Plasmodium recognised C. parvum Tn glycopeptides.
