Effects of the concentration of PbI2 and CH3NH3I on the perovskite films and the performance of perovskite solar cells based on ZnO-TiO2 nanorod arrays

The effects of the concentration of PbI2 and CH3NH3I on the perovskite films deposited on ZnO-TiO2 nanorod arrays and the cell performance were studied. The best power conversion efficiency of 10.38% was obtained by the PSC prepared by using 1.0 M PbI2 and 0.063 M CH3NH3I in ambient atmosphere with a relative humidity of about 40%.243
