Atypical Anti-MOG syndrome with aseptic meningoencephalitis and pseudotumor cerebri-like presentations

In a patient with an aseptic meningitis like presentation, the presence of optic neuritis, brain and/or spinal cord lesions should raise suspicion for an MOG-Ab related syndrome.
