Sensitive enantioseparation by transient trapping-cyclodextrin electrokinetic chromatography

► Novel cyclodextrin electrokinetic chromatography (CDEKC) is developed. ► Sensitive enantioseparation is demonstrated by transient trapping-CDEKC. ► Five enantiomers are well concentrated and separated each other at once. ► The developed method is also applicable to analysis of enantiomeric excess.
