Synthesis, spectral, structural and biological studies of N-cyclohexyl-2-(2,4-diphenyl-3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-ylidene)hydrazinecarbothioamide derivatives

Biologically active N-cyclohexyl-2-(2,4-diphenyl-3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-ylidene)hydrazinecarbothioamide derivatives (6-10) were synthesized from substituted 2,4-diaryl-3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-ones (1-5) with thiosemicarbazone. The synthesized compounds subjected for spectral and antimicrobial studies and the results were suitably interpreted.
