Investigation of temperature dependence of mesomorphism and refracting index of sodium dodecylsulphate + water + decanol lyotropic system

The characters of texture transformations and peculiarities of the heterophase regions of the mesophase-isotropic liquid phase transitions have been studied. The character of change in refracting properties is compared with the morphologic and thermotropic properties in lamellar D, hexagonal E, nematic-calamitic Nc and nematic-discotic Nd mesophases.
