Structural and spectroscopy studies of the zinc complex of p-hydroxyphenylporphyrin

► We have synthesized a new zinc (II) porphyrin complex. ► We have determined by single crystal X-ray analysis the structure of the compound. ► We have done the molecular spectroscopic study of the compound. ► The supramolecular structure presents a strong hydrogen bond interaction. ► Solvent molecules are important for the supramolecular arrangement.
