The influence of concentration-dependent diffusivity on the growth kinetics of individual ledges during solid–solid phase transformations

The theory [Atkinson C. Proc R Soc London A 1981;378:351–68] of steady motion of individual ledges is generalized to include the effect of concentration dependent diffusion. A simple formula is given for the case of small supersaturation.
