• Electronic thermal conductivity, κe in suspended graphene is studied theoretically.
• Boltzmann equation directly solved for distribution function by the iteration method.
• Contribution from defects and in-plane, flexural, optical phonons is considered.
• κe dominated by flexural phonons (charged impurities) for T greater (less) than 75 K.
