Spectra of circular and linear photogalvanic effect at inter-band excitation in In0.15Ga0.85As/Al0.3Ga0.7As multiple quantum wells

► We investigate the spectra of LPGE for inter-band transition of QWs. ► We find that the spectra line-shape of LPGE is similar to that of the photoconductivity. ► We obtain the anisotropy ratio of the linear and circular photogalvanic tensor. ► The magnitude of the LPGE is at the same order with that of the CPGE.
