Interband absorption and excitonic states in narrow band InSb spherical quantum dots

► Interband transitions in spherical InSb QD have been investigated. ► Excitonic states are described in the frame of adiabatic approximation. ► Influence of non-parabolic dispersion on excitonic states is discussed.
